Once you try this you won't want fried chicken again! Well seasoned oven baked chicken drumsticks with delicious and crispy skin on the outside, and moist, tender meat on the inside. —Dash of Amy
Ingredients

4 pounds
chicken drumsticks

2 tablespoons
olive oil (divided)

1 tablespoon
Mrs. Dash Italian Medley

1 teaspoon
Weber roasted garlic & herb seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon
smoked paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
-
1 teaspoon
Cajun seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper
-
1 teaspoon
salt
Directions

Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Add the seasonings and mix well using to your hands to thoroughly coat the chicken.

Line a baking sheet with foil, and add 1 tbsp olive oil, and brush on evenly with a pastry brush.

Line the drumsticks on the pan.

Bake at 425* for 25 minutes, flip the chicken, and bake another 25 minutes.
