This is a recipe I whip together for my 2 year old. It comes together quickly, gets veggies in, but most importantly, is delicious. —Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast
uncooked pasta (any noodle good for mac n cheese)
Greek yogurt (any fat content is fine)
Parmesan cheese (grated)
In This Recipe
Bring a pot of water to a boil, and salt heavily. Drop in the broccoli, and bring back to a boil. Once boiling again, drop in the pasta. Boil according to pasta package, and drain pasta and broccoli together.
Return pasta and broccoli to pan, and add all ingredients (milk, butter, yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper). Stir to combine, and serve hot!
