This is a recipe I whip together for my 2 year old. It comes together quickly, gets veggies in, but most importantly, is delicious. —Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (any noodle good for mac n cheese)
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (any fat content is fine)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and salt heavily. Drop in the broccoli, and bring back to a boil. Once boiling again, drop in the pasta. Boil according to pasta package, and drain pasta and broccoli together.
  2. Return pasta and broccoli to pan, and add all ingredients (milk, butter, yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper). Stir to combine, and serve hot!
