Gluten Free, Egg Free, Wheat Free and Vinegar Free Chicken Waldorf Sandwich —Limitless Allergies

  • Prep time 15 minutes
  • Cook time 20 minutes
  • Serves 4
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup red & green grapes (each), chopped
  • allergy friendly mayonnoise, as required
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • gluten free bread slices, as required
In This Recipe
  1. Boil the chicken with salt and pepper. Let it cool then shred.
  2. Cut up all the vegetables and fruits.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together, except the bread. Adjust the seasoning.
  4. Spread on a piece of gluten free bread, make a sandwich and enjoy.
