Italian food is the best! I love fresh pasta salad during summer, simple to make and so good! Artichoke is one of my favorite thing, in salad it's a really extra plus. —Tasty and Frenchy
Ingredients

2 cups
veggie dry pasta
-
8
artichokes hearts
-
1/2 cup
mozzarella balls
-
2 handfuls
arugula
-
1/2 bunch
basil
-
2 tablespoons
olive oil
-
1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper
Directions

Start by boiling water and add dry pasta for about 13 minutes (or more, check the package).

Cut the artichoke hearts in quarter, chop arugula, cut in half mozzarella balls and chop the basil.

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, the vinegar and add some salt and pepper.

Mix everything together!
