Author Notes
My grandmother used to make this the night before a family holiday and then pop it in the oven as soon as she woke up. Eggs always make a perfect breakfast, but this strata makes for an egg breakfast that is exciting and flavorful. It is quick to mix together and only requires time to rest in the fridge. —isothechef
