Egg Free and Gluten Free Homemade Copycat Chicken McArabia Recipe —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

1 pound
chicken mince
-
4 tablespoons
gluten free flour
-
1 teaspoon
salt
-
1 teaspoon
black pepper
-
1 teaspoon
garlic and ginger paste

2 tablespoons
water or dairy free milk

1 teaspoon
cumin or coal

gluten free pita, as required

tomato, lettuce and onions, sliced, for garnish (as required)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients, except the pita and the garnish.

If using coal, then follow this step otherwise skip to step 3. Heat up one piece of coal on stove. Place a small piece of pita (big enough to hold the coal) on the meat, then place the coal on top. Pour about a teaspoon of oil over it and cover with a lid. Let stand for five minutes. Skip this step if you are using a grill.

Now uncover and remove the coal. Make patties and grill.

Take a pita, place a chicken patty. Add the garnish and sauce, if using. Serve with fries, enjoy.
