Ingredients

1/4 cup
Basmati Rice

1 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 cups
Whole Milk

2 pieces
Green Cardamom
-
1 pinch
Saffron

1 tablespoon
Slivered Almonds

1 tablespoon
Slivered Pistachios

4 tablespoons
Sugar
Directions

Wash the Basmati Rice and Add to a large pot along with the milk & Cardamom pods while stirring.

Bring to boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the Sugar,Condensed milk & mix well.Cook for another 10 minutes till the kheer thickens.

Garnish with the slivered pistachios and almonds.Serve hot to Chilled.
