Ingredients

Milk

1/3 cup
Steel Cut Oatmeal

1 tablespoon
Almond butter
-
Seasonal fruit

Add honey to taste
Directions

Course your fruit. I use Honeycrisp apples in Fall and Winter and Blueberries inn Spring and Summer. Place your fruit (as much as you like) in a small sauce pan with a bit of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn down to low and simmer till the it's consistency you like. Start cooking your oatmeal as per the instructions on the package. Once the oatmeal is ready, add the Almond butter and honey while the oatmeal is still in the pan.

Once the oatmeal mixture is ready place it in your bowl and top with your fruit.
