banana, frozen

3/4 cup
milk

1 tablespoon
peanut butter (or PB2)

1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon (for serving)
Directions

Peel a banana, slice and place in a freezer safe bag overnight. Pour the milk into the blender, along with the tablespoon of peanut butter. Add in the frozen banana slices and blend until you attain a creamy, smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and top with the cinnamon. Voila!
