The perfect make-ahead breakfast meal for family get togethers. Make it up the night before, refrigerate overnight and pop it in the oven for morning goodness. —Marc McPartlen
Ingredients

6 slices
Whole wheat bread or Artisan Bread.

2 tablespoons
Butter or margarine, softened

1 cup
shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup
shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 1/4 cups
Whole milk

1 package (10 ounces)
frozen Spinach, thawed and well drained

1/4 teaspoon
Salt

1/8 teaspoon
Pepper
Directions

Spread each slice of bread with the butter. Arrange the buttered slices in a single layer in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheeses.

Combine the milk, eggs, spinach, salt and pepper in large bowl; stir together well. Poyr over bread and cheese.

Cover tightly. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or its best overnight.

Bake dish uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until puffy and lightly browned.
