What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 cup sugar-free chocolate, chopped fine (optional)
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well. Form into balls or bars and refrigerate.
