medium sized boiled, peeled andcubed potatoes

finely chopped onions

finely chopped tomatoes

2 tablespoons
finely chopped coriander leaves

finely chopped green chili

cumin powder

2 tablespoons
coarsely crushed coriander seeds

100gms cups
chole

1 cup
Red chili powder

Chaat masala

Lemon juice

salt to taste
Directions

Heat oil in a pan, add the cubed potatoes and shallow fry until golden brown.

In a bowl, add fried potatoes. Toss with cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, coriander powder, green chilies.
