What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Green chutney
  • 1 cup Tamarind chutney
  • 4 pieces medium sized boiled, peeled andcubed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup finely chopped green chili
  • 2 tablespoons cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely crushed coriander seeds
  • 100gms cups chole
  • 1 cup Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chaat masala
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Freedom Healthy Oil
  • 3 tablespoons salt to taste
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the cubed potatoes and shallow fry until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, add fried potatoes. Toss with cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, coriander powder, green chilies.
  3. tomatoes,chole, and lemon juice.
  4. Dish out the mix, top with tamarind and green chutney, and onions.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala,sev, and coriander leaves
