Author Notes

This applies either for an entire chicken bought from the butcher, or slices of chicken from super market.
INGREDIENTS:
-4 slices of chicken for four persons
-five potatoes medium size, or small size
-five tablespoon oilive oil
-salt and pepper
-oreganon
-lemon
-mustard

PREPARATION
We unpack the bag of slices of chicken and wash them in cold water
-we put them in a pyrez or iron pan (pyrex is a deep big plate of glass, flat one)
-we put enough salt and pepper
-we also put enough oreganon, on chicken
-we add the olive oil as above
-we put juice of a sqeezed lemon
-we can also put curry (optional)
-we add three tablespoonful of mustard, and arrange with a big spoon on chicken accordingly

-We cut potatoes in small pieces, in form of dice
-we put all round the pan, where we've also put chicken
-we put more or less, the same ingredients on potatoes as on chicken, a bit less, basically they need salt, pepper and oreganon

We then put in the oven and bake at 200 C, till chicken becomes crunchy, then ready to serve, in summer with cold beer, or a fresh green salad.
Good appetite! This is delicious! —Aikaterini Katapodi

I pre mixed the marinade for the chicken and potatoes in a bowl and tossed everything in it. Instead of lemons I used limes and dijon mustard. Added feta cheese, a few olives and small tomatoes to the bake.
Served with a green salad and garlic bread.
Got me a lot of compliments.
