Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons date sugar
  • Pinch sea salt
Directions
  1. Add to blender (Vitamix) and process until smooth.

I replaced the sugar with maple syrup and that helped me get the consistency I needed. I felt like I blended in the food processor a lot longer than any recipe I looked at suggested.
