This is the recipe from ready made chicken sausages.In this recipe you can use any type of sausage to make stir fry dry curry but as you know that these sausages have some flavors in it ,which will give some flavor to the end outcome.As,I have used Italian flavored chicken sausages,but the outcome is lip smacking. —hindustanisakhisaheli

What You'll Need
  • Chicken Sausages – sliced into rounds
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 2 large sliced thinly
  • Capsicum / Bell Pepper – 1 sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
  1. Heat oil and butter in a kadai. Add in crushed garlic and fry for a min, Add in onions and salt. Saute till lightly golden. Add in sausage and fry till it is fried little. Now add in peppers and saute well. Add in chili powder and mix well. Add in ketchup and mix well. Add in vinegar, garam masala powder and pepper powder and mix well. Now serve with roti.
