What You'll Need
  • Garlic powder-1 tbsp
  • Pepper- 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • oil-1 tbsp
  • basil leaves- 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese- 1 tbsp
  • Shrimp- 10-20 pieces
  • oil spray
  1. 1)Take a bowl and add garlic powder,pepper,salt,basil and oil. Mix them all together. 2)Take out shrimp in a plate and arrange them in a skewers then brush with the above paste.
  2. 3)Preheat air-fryer at 350 for 5 min. 4)Open the preheated air-fryer carefully and spray with cooking oil. 5)Now place the shrimp skewers to the basket and switch on the airfryer to the shrimp button. 6)After that,Pesto shrimp skewers is ready to eat. Enjoy low carb,keto and gluten free food.

This recipe was super easy and I was surprised at how good it turned out. I used took out the garlic and used ginger instead because I try not eat it and I paired it with some purple cabbage as well and It came out perfect. I’ve been finding all kinds of Keto recipes that fit me and my family’s diet since I figured out my custom keto diet on It’s great. I would definitely try it again.
