-We wash chicken well, by removing all useless crust, or flesh

-Then as soon as the mix starts getting brown,we add sauce of tomatoes, one tin from Super Market, and we mix,by adding some more salt, pepper, and may be up to two spoonful olive oil.
We mix well, and when chicken is close to be done, we add okra, a bag from Super Market. We mix well, by also adding one small cup red wine, (optional).
Then we leave mix get well done and toward end we add one small spponful sugar, by mixjng further, and optionally we put stove to 200C, we may also add some garlic cut to pinches.
We watch mix till it's completely done, then we turn off stove.

Good appetite, this food is mainly a summer food, but we can also cook in other seasons of year, since we buy almost everything from Super Market. —Aikaterini Katapodi
