Kadai Paneer – paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and bell peppers cooked in a spicy masala. This is a restaurant style Kadai Paneer. —hindustanisakhisaheli

What You'll Need
  • Paneer 250gm
  • Kadai Paneer masala-2 tbsp
  • Capsicum-1
  • Tomato-2 chopped
  • Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • Water-1 cup
  1. Chop tomato,capsicum and paneer Take a pan ,add oil add onions and stir it for sometime when onions brown add tomato cook with closed lid in a medium flame for 3-4 min next add capsicum cook with closed lid for 3-4 min in a medium flame next add kadai paneer masala now is the time to add paneer cubes and mix add water next add kasoori methi cook for another 5 min with closed lid enjoy kadai paneer
