Everybody knows that Stouts and chocolate go together. Have you ever tried cooking a Stout and chocolate mousse? Our secret ingredient: avocado, it makes it extra creamy! —Audrey
Ingredients

avocados, very ripe

1/2 cup
gluten-free stout
-
1/2 cup
almond milk

6 ounces
chocolate

1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

3 tablespoons
cacao powder

3-4 tablespoons
maple syrup (or less, if the chocolate is already sweet)

A pinch of salt
Directions

In a pot, bring the beer and almond milk to a boil on medium heat. Add the chocolate and mix until it has melted and is homogeneous. Set aside for it to cool down.

In a high-performance mixer, mix the avocado with the vanilla, cacao and 3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Add the chocolate. Mix until everything has blended together and serve.
