Ingredients

Hangar 1 Rose Vodka

1 ounce
fresh-squeezed lemon juice

egg white

1/2 ounce
maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon
freshly grated ginger

dash orange bitters
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (no ice) and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds until thoroughly chilled.

Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe.
