This cocktail is a spin on the classic whiskey sour, but with fresh ginger and lively citrus. The maple syrup and orange bitters help to underline the wine notes of the rosé vodka. —Irene Yoo

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Hangar 1 Rose Vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (no ice) and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe.
