Directions

In a bowl with a mixer, beat eggs at high speed. Add sugar, beat until thick and lemon colored. Turn the speed to low and pour in the oil, running the mixer a bit longer to incorporate.
Beat at low speed constantly, pour in oil.

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and begin adding it a bit at a time, alternating with the pumpkin. Mix until smooth.

Pour into ungreased bundt cake pan and bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes. Let it cool completely before inverting the pan to put the cake onto a cake plate.
