Inspired by the Asian Restaurant classic, these Bang Bang Chicken Wings bring you all of the flavors of the addictive sauce, except that it tossed over crispy chicken wings. And, the chicken wings are done in an air fryer with no added oil. So, this makes the recipe ridiculously easy and perfect for your next party. If you do not have an air fryer you can roast the chicken wings on a sheet pan, this will get you fairly good results as well. —Rinku Bhattacharya /Spice Chronicles

Ingredients
- For the Chicken Wings

2 pounds
chicken wings

salt and pepper to season
- For the Bang Bang Sauce

1/2 cup
Sweet Thai Sauce

1/4 cup
mayonaise
-
1 tablespoon
Sriracha or any other chili sauce

1 teaspoon
red pepper flakes

1/4 cup
chopped scallions to garnish
Directions

Toss the chicken wings with the salt and pepper. Place in your air fryer cooking basket. Cook at 500 degrees (or your air-fryer's highest temperature) for 12 minutes, turn and cook for another 10 minutes.

In the meantime, mix together the sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce and red pepper flakes.

Toss the hot wings in the prepared sauce, let them rest for 5 minutes to soak up the sauce. Garnish with the scallions and serve hot.

To cook the wings in the oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the wings and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 20 minutes, turn and cook for another 20 minutes.
