this was amazing!!! next time I make it I will double the recipe- because everyone wanted seconds- and we didn't have enough. Definate keeper!

This was very tastey! I took the leftovers, puréed it and turn it into "hummus" and enjoyed it with pita chips! I bet it would make a great sandwich spread too. Yummy!
