Author Notes

We all love spaghetti, and there dozens, and even more recipes of Spaghetti worldwide.
Today, we'll talk and describe Spaghetti Carbonara, as following:
-INGREDIENTS
-1 kgs thin fine Spaghetti (bag from Supermarket)-
-White Cream (Milk Fresh cream a paper tin from Super Market)
-Three teaspoonful butter
-Beacon, five slices
-I pinch garlic
-half batch basilic
-salt, three slices ham (optional)
-one fresh broken egg, whole
-three to five teaspoonful grained yellow cheese

PREPARATION
-We put spaghetti in a big casserole and let it boil, for round 40 min till they are done, at round 170-200 C.
-When they are done, by leaving them in casserole, (have out up to 1-1,5 teaspoonful salt), we put butter and mix it in saghetti till it's completely absorbed, Pls note, we don't turn off stove in the meantime, as we are still cooking the food in this case,
-As soon as butter is absorbed, we add whole or up to 2/3 of paper tin of 'Fresh White Cream'', and we mix accordingly, till cream goes everywhere in food, and it's also absorbed. Then we add beacon, and then garlic cut both into very small pieces, and we mix further, then we add pinch basilicus, (optional),and then in the end we throw a raw broken egg, by mixing whole mix quickly, and leave whole food further be done, till everything is absorbed through it. -Then, when everything is ready, we add grained cheese, and we mix, till it melts and is absorbed by food, along with all the other ingredients
Our delicious food is ready, we can put some ham cut also to small pieces along with beacon, (optional),
We can serve with Beer in summer or white wine in winter.
