These Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Pancakes are gluten free, egg free and dairy free. Also delicious, light and fluffy. —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups
gluten free flour

1 1/2 tablespoons
baking powder

1 tablespoon
honey
-
1/2 teaspoon
salt

2 cups
dairy free milk

1/4 cup
coconut oil
-
1 teaspoon
vanilla
-
2 tablespoons
water
-
dairy free chocolate chips, as required
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.

Pour about 2 tablespoon of batter onto the pan. Cook until bottom is golden brown.

Gently flip pancake with a spatula and cook until second side is golden brown. Remove from pan, and serve immediately with toppings of choice.
