Chicken thighs and/or drumsticks

baking mix/Bisquick

2 cups
milk as needed to cover

butter as needed
Directions

place chicken in milk, turning a couple of times. Refrigerate for a while if you are not in a hurry

spray a pyrex baking dish with Pam, heat over to 350 degrees

Put flour in a bowl, generously sprinkle Lowry's All-Season Salt on the flour and mix.

Roll chicken pieces in flour, one by one, and place, skin side up, in baking dish

When all the chicken is coated, put about a half pat of butter on each piece

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Increase heat to 400 degrees, bake an additional 10-15 minutes, chicken should be browned. Throw away the milk and the flour mixture!
