Container Fresh Strawberries

2 tablespoons
Monk Fruit with Erythritol Sweetener

3 tablespoons
Chia Seeds

1 splash
Fresh Lemon Juice

2 teaspoons
Organic Vanilla
Directions

Wash and hull the large container of strawberries and cut in chunks.

Cook strawberries over medium heat until jam-like consistency and mash strawberry pieces to desired texture.

Sprinkle in lemon juice and stir.

Add in chia seeds and stir until thickened.

Pour into mason jar, add vanilla and stir. Cover and store in refrigerator.
