Cinnamon Dalgona Coffee Brûlée

Dalgona coffee is currently the internet’s favorite drink right now! I’ve seen so many variations of this drink but decided to take it up a notch. I added a pinch of cinnamon to my coffee froth and torched the top of it for that satisfying hardened caramelized layer. —Christine So

  • Prep time 2 minutes
  • Cook time 7 minutes
  • Makes one 8-oz drink
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Hot water
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • 8 ounces Milk of choice

Directions
  1. To a bowl, add instant coffee, sugar and hot water (I just heated my water using a microwave), cinnamon. Using a electric mixer or by hand, whisk the coffee mixture until it is thick and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour a glass of your milk of choice. Scoop the coffee froth over the milk and flatten top using a spoon. Using a torch, slightly torch the coffee froth to carmelize. Enjoy immediately!
