Ingredients
  • Sponge cake
  • 13 tablespoons Krystal sugar
  • 7 Eggs
  • 1/2 Of a shell of an egg of a water
  • 13 tablespoons AP flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Gelatin stiffener how to use?
  • 1 Gelly stiffener
  • 100 milliliters Of a water or as it is written
  • 250 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 250 grams Curd
  • lots of Jam

  1. Sponge cake
  2. Preheat the own on 150 degrees Celsia. Mix in the bowl the sugar with all eggs. Add half of a shell of an egg of a water and mix it again.
  3. Mash the flour with 1/2 of a teaspoon of a baking powder. Add during mixing to a bowl after tablespoons to a dough (eggs and sugar and water) if possible.
  4. Butter and pour the form with a little bit of an AP flour. Put the dough into the form and bake in a preheat own for cca 10 minutes.
  5. You can add on it lots of things, second part of a recipe is an example.

  2. Grease the cake with jam. Mix the gelly stiffener with a water with a stick blender, add the heavy cream, mix, add the curd, mix.
  3. Pour it on greased with a jam cake. Put it into the fridge for 2 hours for to fine the jelly on the cake! Thank you for cooking with me!
