Brownies with Chickpea Flour

  • 200 grams insulted butter
  • 200 grams icing sugar
  • 90 grams chocolate 50%
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 heaped teaspoon backing powder
  • Vanilla
  • Pinch os salt
In This Recipe
  1. Turn oven on at 175 degrees Celsius. Line a 30 cm backing tray with non stick backing paper.
  2. Beat icing sugar and eggs together.
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave, then when warm stir in the cocoa.
  4. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, and stir in the chickpea flour and the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Pour the cake mixture in the tray and bake for 22 minutes. Let it cool before taking it out of the tray.
