All-Day Waffles

Light and filling vegan waffles that you can make in a batch and re-heat in a toaster or toaster oven for a quick meal or snack anytime. —Sonia Hines

  • Prep time 10 minutes
  • Makes 8 medium size waffles
  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 ½ cups Oat Milk or Nut Milk of Choice
  • 1 Banana
  • Pitted Date
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon SuperFood or Spiralina
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chia
In This Recipe
  1. Preheat your waffle iron. In a blender add the ingredients starting with the oats and ending with the chia as listed in the list of ingredients. Blend until fully pureed. Pour in waffle iron to desired size and follow iron instructions. Remove when done and enjoy with maple syrup, nut butter or fresh berries.
