There are two main types of Pizza, the Italian and Canadian one. The Italian pizza has fine pastry and usually a limite number of ingredients per Pizza (more concretely it depends on imagination of cook) and is individual. Canadian one has thicker pastry and has usually more ingredients on it. Canadian Pizza often exists in three sizes: individual one, family one and huge one.
How you will make this delicious Pizza
Ingredients for Pastry
140 gr ( 1 cup) of flour that inflates itself
140 gr. yogurt
Preparation
You mix these two ingredients till your pastry becomes soft. You’ll open it with a roller and cut it around so that it can be put to pan. You put the pan on stove of electric kitchen, throw some oil and spread pastry. You let it get a brown color and turn it to the backside.
When it’s ready you spread the ingredients you want and cover pan for some minutes. Your Pizza is ready! ``
