Author Notes
If you are addicted to coffee and sweets like me, this delicious bitesize sweet treat offers the best of both worlds and it is incredibly easy to make. It is inspired by the traditional tiramisu recipe but there are no layers and all the ingredients are mixed together. I have substituted the marsala wine with fig syrup by simply soaking chopped dried figs in hot water. Prunes are also a good alternative for Marsala wine.
Tip: I use an ice cream scoop with a trigger-serve handle to achieve nicely shaped domes.
