Ingredients

1 cup
mascarpone

1/3 cup
strong coffee

1/2 cup
powdered sugar

1 teaspoon
Disaronno

unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool to room temperature

Place the ladyfingers in a food processor and blitz until it reduced to powder

transfer the mascarpone into a bowl and add coffee along with the powdered sugar and Disaronno. Mix everything together using a spatula. Next add the powdered ladyfingers and stir again to combine.

Once it's combined take a teaspoon of dough and shape it into a ball. Roll each ball in cocoa powder and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put them in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving
