A delicious and tradicional easy recipe. In less than an hour you'll have a healthy plate. Sever with a big slide of homemade bread. —ctruco

  • Prep time 10 minutes
  • Cook time 1 hour
  • Serves 4
  • 1 pound chicken cut in pieces
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 green pepper
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Chicken broth
In This Recipe
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil. Add cutted carrots and leek and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Then add chicken and white wine. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add broth until cover the chicken an cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Serve.
