Extra Virgin Olive Oil

white wine

Chicken broth
Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, add oil. Add cutted carrots and leek and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Then add chicken and white wine. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add broth until cover the chicken an cook for 45 minutes.
