young celery

clementines or blood oranges

italian parsley

olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste

1-2 pinches
Bella Cucina Citrus and Fennel Salt
Directions

Add veggies, fruit and parsley to a salad bowl, toss with olive oil and vinegar, generously sprinkle with Citrus and Fennel salt. Buon appetito!
