Stuffed Turkey with Rice, Mushrooms and Potatoes in theĀ Oven

This is a Great recipes mainly for Christimas, involving actually not too little time to make it, but it's very delicious, with bit more calories!

-One mid size turkey preferably directly from butcher but you can also buy it from SuperMarket,
-10 boiled peeled chestnuts
-12 peeled walnuts, without shell of course
-5-6 small sausages from porc, bought in packet from Supermarket
-a tin of mushrooms
-one cup of white rice
-six-eitht small potatoes
-4-5 tablespoon olive oil
-salt and pepper
-1 teaspoonful curry
-a glass of frozen natural orange juice

-We wash turkey well, after leaving it out of fridge for round one hour
-We remove intestinals everything, as excess, after opening it, by cutting it with a knife horizontally, cross cut of belly of turkey
-Then we put small pieces, cut to cubes, walnuts, small pieces cut to two, in type of cubes of boiled chestnuts, peeling of course, then we add boiled sausages as above cut to small pieces (nb sausages can be also fried, but they have too many calories this way, included all the other ingredients we put to this food.) Thus it's rather preferred to boil them, and cut them to small pieces.
At this point, let's add that we can cut all these in a deep plate and then fill the interior of belly of turkey, after removing intestinals and throwing away, directly from plate; then we add boiled rice, which can be a bit more, depending on size of turkey, being a bit bigger, we put half a cup more rice, that we've boiled in butter and we've put very little salt on it, to make it more delicious.
-Then we add a tin of mushrooms, may be up to 3/4 of whole tin, raw and fresh from tin, without cutting them, as they are usually small this way. -We take care so that belly cut and opened with knife, is not filled to the top, so that ingredients don't fall out of belly.
-Then, we put salt, of round 1.5 teaspoonful, as well as pepper and curry, by look only. We thus calculate quantity. Then, after having made a glass of natural orange juice, we spread whole glass over turkey, so that orange juice is equally distributed on external surface of turkey, namely its skin.
-We cut, potatoes, up to 8 small potatoes, to cubes, of totally two-four pieces eachone, depending on size of potato, and we put everything on a big pan of relative size for whole food, by arranging number of pieces of potatoes all round and throuout pan. Then, we put on both turkey and potatoes some oreganon, plus, salt, and pepper on potatoes.
-Finally we pour round 5-6 tablespoonful of big spoon olive oil over both turkey and potatoes.
Our food is ready to bake in the oven till turkey becomes crunchy, this is round 2-2,5 hours at round 200 C.
