Perfect refreshment for a hot summer day. You can also substitute lemon for lime.
Adding a squeeze of citrus juice to your cup of matcha could greatly increase the amount of catechins (antioxidants) available for absorption.

Matcha Powder

Hot Water

Lime Juice

4 slices of
Lime

1 cup
Water

Honey to taste
Directions

Melt the matha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.

Add the chilled water to the matcha paste. Mix.

Add the lime juice to the matcha water. Mix well.

Pour the lime matcha juice into a cupt and put the sliced limes in the cup. Serve with a straw.
