Allergy Friendly KFC style Fried Chicken Zinger Burger recipe. It is gluten, egg & dairy free and delicious. —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

boneless chicken fillet

1 teaspoon
mustard paste

2 tablespoons
lemon juice

1 teaspoon
garlic paste

2 teaspoons
black pepper powder

1 teaspoon
soy sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon
red chili paste

1 tablespoon
olive oil

salt to taste

2 cups
gluten free flour
-
2 tablespoons
corn or rice flour

1/4 teaspoon
baking powder

1 teaspoon
oregano
-
1/4 teaspoon
paprika

1/2 teaspoon
red chili powder

oil, for frying
Directions

Cut the chicken fillets in half. Marinate with first 9 ingredients (use 1 tsp of black pepper). Leave for 1 hour.

While the chicken is marinating. Mix all the batter ingredients except the oil and water. Set aside.

After 1 hour, pour water in a bowl. Now take a chicken fillet coat with the flour mixture, then dip in the water for a minute. Then coat with the flour mixture again. Repeat the steps for all the fillets until Heat oil on medium heat. Now fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides.

Just before serving, warm up a gluten free bun, make sure its just warm not over heated to make it toasted.
