Sweet tooth?? Try these delicious chocolate chip muffins that are done in a flash. Sour cream is the element that makes them so moist, and melt in your mouth! —Dash of Amy

Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine butter, salt, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream; mix until creamy.
  3. Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour; mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  5. Place heaping spoonful of batter into lined muffin tins.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes until tops are golden.
