Ingredients

Cointreau

2 ounces
blanco tequila

2 ounces
honeydew melon puree

1 ounce
fresh lime juice

1/4 ounce
ancho chile liqueur
Directions

Blend cubes of honeydew melon in blender or food processor. Fine strain.

Add Cointreau, blanco tequila, honeydew melon purée, lime juice, and ancho chile liqueur to shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into ancho chile salt*-rimmed rocks glass over a large rock. Garnish with honeydew melon.

*1:1 ancho chile and salt. Grind together in spice grinder or food processor.
