This hot coco is frothy, warm and delicious! It is perfect for a night in alone! —Juniper & Tyhme Eats
Ingredients

3 teaspoons
coco powder

1 tablespoon
sugar

pinch of
salt

1 teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon
chocolate chips (we use dairy free!)

1 cup
milk (*we like ours with oat milk!)
Directions

Begin by taking a microwave safe glass bowl and adding in your milk and vanilla extract. Your milk will be ready when it hurts to put your finger in.

Next, in a mug, combine the coco powder, sugar, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix well.

Take your milk/vanilla mixture our of the microwave and grab a whisk!

Slowly add in approx- 1 tablespoon of the milk to your dry
ingredients. Mix well. You should end up with a thick syrup like texture!

Finally, add in the rest of your milk, stir together, and enjoy! *During summertime we like to enjoy our hot coco over ice!
