Ingredients
  • 200 grams Boiled shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, adding more olive oil or water as necessary
