Grilled Carrot Margarita

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounce grilled carrot juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
Directions
  1. To make grilled carrot juice: slice one carrot into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that carrot doesn't stick. Char carrot slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish, and juice remaining slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grilled carrot and lime wheel.
