Ingredients

mayo

toast

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

Dash
salt

Directions

Put toast in the toaster

Get out the oil, and the eggs out, put some oil on the pan-(any pan!) crack the egg and let it cook. TIP- when you are doing this be very, VERY careful because the oil can POP!

Get out a cutting board, and peppers of your choice, (I prefer, red bell pepper, or green bell pepper) now cut the peppers on your cutting board.

Take out the bread from the toaster, put it on a mini plate, and get out the mayo and put some on your toasted bread

Finally, put the flame off on your stove, and put the egg to the side to let it simmer down for about 2 minutes, next put the egg on your toast.

Put some of the bell peppers on top of your egg, then put a dash of salt or pepper
