Ingredients

feta cheese

1/2 cup
roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

1/4 cup
extra-virgin olive oil, plus more to garnish

1/2
lemon, juiced

1 sprig
parsley, to garnish

1 pinch
flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions

Cut up feta into small chunks and place in food processor.

Add the chopped peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Blend in food processor until the texture resembles a thick paste.

Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.

Serve on a platter alongside toasted pita, fresh crudités, and marinated olives.
