This is an easy recipe of Baked Chicken Sliders that are allergy friendly, gluten free and dairy free. Serve with your favorite sides. —Limitless Allergies
Ingredients

oil

1/2 pound
chicken mince

garlic cloves, chopped

onion, chopped

1/2 cup
green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup
any one/each - orange/red/yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon
mustard powder

1 tablespoon
soy sauce

1 teaspoon
salt & pepper (each)

2 teaspoons
paprika powder

gluten free buns
-
pasta sauce, as required
-
dairy free cheddar cheese shreds, as required

dairy free butter, melted, as required

sesame seeds, as required
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In frying pan, add oil, chicken mince and cook until the meat changes color. Then add garlic and mix well for 2 minutes.

Add mustard powder, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and paprika powder.

Add onion and peppers and mix well. Cook on high flame until water dries up then set aside.

In baking dish, place bottom layer of buns, add pasta sauce , cheese, chicken mixture then cover with top layer of the buns.

On the top of the buns, apply melted dairy free butter substitute and sprinkle sesame seed, if using. Bake for 10 minutes.

Cut into our mini pieces or leave as is. Serve with your favorite sides.
