What's a chaffle? A low-carb version of a waffle with a batter of eggs and cheese, that cooks up light, airy and completely void of guilt. Apparently they're so tasty they've gone viral! —edibletimes

What You'll Need
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 tablespoons almond flour
  • 8 dollops of cream cheese
  • 2 pinches salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour a quarter of the batter at a time in a single waffle maker (or adjust for capacity of your waffle maker) and cook until golden brown.
