As many as you want
Sometimes at night I warm milk and add a touch of cardamom to help me sleep. I have experimented with adding different ingredients and found this combination to be one of my favorites. —DeborahB
Gently warm milk with cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla. Pour into a tall mug and add a shot of Kahlua (or another coffee liquor.) Garnish with a cinnamon stick. No need to really measure--you can add the spices, liquor, etc. to taste. Yum!
